Hello Pamela! The add and deductions already show in the provider payroll weekly report but only the adds on show in general. We will look into adding the deduction into the general. We hope this helps.

It was initially set to 30 mins and it may still be at 30mins. Would they benefit from a longer access time?

@Support_1 Not necessarily. I thought it had changed to 2 hrs. 30 min is fine, I will let her know. Providers do typically have drop off and pick up ranges between 1-2 hrs, so a longer time might be beneficial, but signing in every 30 min is not the end of the world either :)

@Wee Watch Barrie Were there values for grant a and b for those providers in their attendance records? you can go to the weekly report for one of the weeks in your date range to confirm

@Support_1 Yes, all providers have values included where needed. They just don't show in the columns for the Sage Payroll date range report.

It's the parent billing in the weekly report where is is different from everywhere else. Is it possible for Lopsii to call us, it is better to explain on the phone.
