Hello Pamela! The add and deductions already show in the provider payroll weekly report but only the adds on show in general. We will look into adding the deduction into the general. We hope this helps.

Did the Grant A and Grant B information show in the excel format? also what was the name of the report you downloaded?

@Support_1 Okay so now I see the problem is that the date range report on Attendify does not include grant A and B.

@Wee Watch Barrie Were there values for grant a and b for those providers in their attendance records? you can go to the weekly report for one of the weeks in your date range to confirm

@Support_1 Yes, all providers have values included where needed. They just don't show in the columns for the Sage Payroll date range report.

It's the parent billing in the weekly report where is is different from everywhere else. Is it possible for Lopsii to call us, it is better to explain on the phone.
